Winston Weinberg is the CEO and Co-Founder of Harvey, the leading AI platform engineered for professional services including law, tax, and finance.

Winston left Big Law after just one year as a securities and antitrust litigation associate at O'Melveny & Myers to co-found Harvey in 2022, holding a JD from USC Gould School of Law and a BA from Kenyon College.

Recognized on Forbes 30 Under 30 for Enterprise Technology, Winston built Harvey on the conviction that deep domain expertise combined with AI fluency would outperform general-purpose AI solutions in complex professional verticals.

Winston co-founded Harvey alongside AI researcher Gabriel Pereyra, pioneering a customer-back approach with hyper-personalized demos that won over Big Law partners and secured backing from Sequoia, a16z, Google Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, and the OpenAI Startup Fund.

Harvey has surpassed 1,000 customers across 60 countries, is used by approximately 100,000 lawyers at top firms including A&O Shearman and Latham & Watkins, and reached an estimated $195M ARR by end of 2025 with a valuation approaching $11 billion.
