Wouter Janssen is the Co-Founder and CEO of Tekst, a Ghent-based AI platform that analyzes and automates B2B communication for large enterprises, helping them achieve touchless automation across emails, tickets, cases, and orders.

Wouter studied Business Engineering with a specialization in Data Analytics at Ghent University, graduating in 2022, and co-founded Tekst that same year alongside CTO Tiebe Parmentier.

Wouter has been vocal about the 996 mindset in the tech industry and actively engages in high-level CEO conversations alongside leaders from House of HR, Ageas, and PwC on the role of AI across entire organizations.

Under Wouter's leadership, Tekst secured early backing from Entourage VC and went on to close a $13.5M Series A led by US venture capital firm Elephant, with Entourage reinvesting, validating the company's enterprise AI vision.

Tekst has landed major enterprise clients including Becton Dickinson and Milcobel, integrates with Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Outlook, and is recognized as the first company incubated within the Entourage Studio venture studio.
