Xavier earned an MBA from Harvard and a BBA from ESADE, then advised healthcare and tech companies on GTM strategy and operations at Bain and Company.

Frustrated by the absence of real GenAI solutions for healthcare administration, Xavier co-founded Prosper AI in 2023 alongside Josep Mingot to tackle the industry's $450B administrative waste problem.

Prior to Prosper, Xavier served as VP and GM of a $120M business unit at Angi, where he led over 1,000 call center agents, 300 phone sales reps, and 30+ operations staff.

Prosper AI has grown revenue 5x in under a year, secured a $30M Series A led by Andreessen Horowitz, and now serves 150,000+ healthcare providers across 60+ organizations managing $1.3B in patient care.
