Yash studied Data Science at UC Berkeley, then worked as an AI engineer at EcoMap Technologies where he led development of a GPT-based AI chatbot, before launching his first LLM startup in 2021.

A 2x founder and patent holder for a novel graphene supercapacitor manufacturing process, Yash brings deep technical expertise in AI systems and agentic infrastructure to every venture he builds.

Prior to Humwork, Yash co-founded Orange AI and built Phonecall.bot, an AI voice calling platform that automated over 1 million minutes of phone calls, demonstrating his ability to ship at scale.

Humwork launched in April 2026 through YC Spring 2026 and is pioneering the human escalation layer for AI agents, enabling coding, legal, and marketing agents to reach domain experts in real time without interrupting user workflows.
