Yash Sinha is Co-Founder and CEO of Intelligence Factory, a Y Combinator-backed robotics AI company building general intelligence for robots, with a mission to unlock generalized robotics across manufacturing, warehousing, and retail.

Yash studied Robotics at ETH Zurich and previously worked as an F1 Simulation Engineer at the Sauber Group, gaining deep expertise in high-performance simulation and autonomous systems.

Yash also co-founded and served as CTO of Kaio Labs, where he led the development of record-breaking hybrid rocket engines, demonstrating a track record of deep-tech innovation.

Intelligence Factory is backed by Y Combinator (Spring 2026 batch), Comma Capital, and angel investor Allen Gannett, and is actively deploying its robotics intelligence platform across industrial sectors.

With hardware convergence accelerating, Intelligence Factory targets the core bottleneck in robotics: intelligence, building systems that allow robots to reason and act in human-built environments.
