Yoan Iliev is Co-Founder and COO at MicroAGI, a Munich-based physical AI and industrial robotics deployment startup building infrastructure to train and scale factory robots at speed.

Yoan earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University (2019-2024) and gained elite engineering experience at Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team, Airbus, and Space Team Aachen e.V.

Bringing deep aerospace and motorsport engineering expertise to physical AI, Yoan co-founded MicroAGI alongside former F1 engineers and AI researchers to tackle Europe's growing manufacturing automation gap.

As COO, Yoan oversees operations at MicroAGI, which secured a $55M seed round (Germany's largest ever) from Hummingbird, Northzone, LocalGlobe, Village Global, and Redalpine just 10 months after founding.

MicroAGI's Atlas platform is already onboarding industrial customers across automotive, logistics, and food sectors, with ambitions to deploy 20 to 30 million factory robots within five years.
