Yonatan Hatzor

Yonatan (Jonathan) Hatzor is the Co-Founder and CEO of Parametrix, the world's first and only platform capable of measuring and underwriting digital downtime at scale, pioneering a new category of parametric insurance for cloud and technology disruptions.
Prior to Parametrix, Hatzor co-founded Matter Software Ltd. as CTO, a 3D property visualization and virtual tour platform that was subsequently acquired by Treedis, where he also serves as a Board Member.
Hatzor identified cloud downtime as a critical and unaddressed business risk, believing that innovation and uptime are inherently in tension and that human-driven progress will always create demand for downtime protection.
Under his leadership, Parametrix raised $45M in total funding including a $27M Series B led by Mundi Ventures, FirstMark Capital, and Hannover Digital Investments, and co-created the world's first parametric cloud outage catastrophe bond, Cumulus Re, with Hannover Re in April 2024.
Parametrix monitors over 7,000 SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS services and 750+ data centers globally, generating over 1 billion performance data points monthly, and serves Fortune 500 clients backed by more than 20 Lloyd's of London syndicates.
