Yuriy Bulygin

Yuriy Bulygin is CEO and Co-Founder of Eclypsium, a pioneering supply chain security platform that protects enterprise hardware, firmware, and software from chip to cloud. He is a recognized authority in infrastructure security and a member of the Forbes Technology Council.
Bulygin spent nearly a decade as Chief Threat Researcher at Intel Corporation, leading its security threat analysis and research team, and holds a PhD from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
He created CHIPSEC, now the industry's leading open-source framework for hardware and firmware security assessment, which directly inspired the founding of Eclypsium. His work is driven by a conviction that organizations must be able to fully trust every layer of their technology stack.
Bulygin co-founded Eclypsium in 2017 alongside fellow Intel researcher Alex Bazhaniuk, building the company from a seed round into a Series C company with backing from Andreessen Horowitz, Madrona Venture Group, Ten Eleven Ventures, and PEAK6 Strategic Capital. Eclypsium holds contracts with the U.S. government and Forbes Global 2000 enterprises.
Eclypsium has raised over $110 million in total funding and has analyzed more than 11 million types of firmware, earning recognition as a Gartner Cool Vendor and winner of Fast Company's most innovative security companies award.
