Zaaheda Islam is Co-Founder and CTO at Floqer, a Halifax-based AI-powered GTM data automation platform helping B2B sales and revenue teams automate customer research and CRM enrichment at scale.

Zaaheda earned a Bachelor of Computer Science in Artificial Intelligence from Dalhousie University (2018-2022) and went on to work as a Senior Data Scientist at Axis Capital before co-founding Floqer in October 2024.

Zaaheda believes the future of GTM belongs to teams who leverage specific, real-time, and relevant data to find opportunities before anyone else, a philosophy that drives Floqer's core product vision.

She leads Floqer's engineering team and co-built the platform's AI agent infrastructure, which aggregates 100+ data sources to automate client research and CRM hydration for companies like Perplexity, Wise, and AngelList.

Under her technical leadership, Floqer crossed $1M in ARR with 8X revenue growth, surpassed 1,000 customers, achieved cashflow positivity, and secured a $2M CAD pre-seed round backed by Perplexity's F7 Fund.
