Zach Rosen

Zach Rosen is the Co-Founder and CEO of Brellium, an AI-powered clinical compliance platform that automates chart review for healthcare providers across the United States.
Zach studied Business at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, then went on to work as a Software Engineer at Paycom and as an Investment Banker at Moelis and Company before pivoting to entrepreneurship.
Zach's motivation to build Brellium stemmed from a personal medical misdiagnosis that revealed how documentation gaps can profoundly impact patient care and drive up costs.
Prior to Brellium, Zach co-founded Sapien (2019-2021), a health system procurement company serving clients like Henry Ford Health and USC Keck School of Medicine. He has since been recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree.
Brellium now serves 250,000+ healthcare providers across organizations like Grow Therapy, Rula, and Headspace, has raised over $16.7M in Series A funding led by First Round Capital and Left Lane Capital, and has helped customers reduce chart auditing time by up to 87%.
