Zafrir Yoeli is a Co-Founder at Skapion, a defense technology company developing a mobile, end-to-end counter-swarm system to detect, engage, and neutralize large-scale drone attacks for militaries and critical infrastructure.

Zafrir previously co-founded Enlight Renewable Energy (NASDAQ/TASE: ENLT), scaling it into a $2B global renewable energy IPP, and also served as an officer in Israel's elite Unit 8200.

A serial entrepreneur who transitioned from clean energy to defense tech, Zafrir brings a rare cross-sector perspective, having also founded Gravity Climate Fund, an expert-led VC backing early-stage climate tech startups.

At Skapion, Zafrir joins a founding team that includes former Rafael Air and Missile Defense leaders behind Iron Dome and David's Sling, with the company securing a $36M Seed round co-led by Khosla Ventures and UP Partners.

Skapion has grown to several dozen employees within months of its late-2025 launch, targeting defense customers in Israel, the US, and allied markets as drone swarms become the defining air threat of modern warfare.
