Zakariea Sharfeddine

Zakariea Sharfeddine is Co-Founder of InLoop Robotics, a Y Combinator-backed (YC P26) startup building AI-native fulfillment systems powered by robotics for autonomous warehouse operations.
Zakariea studied Informatics at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and gained hands-on ML experience at industry leaders Bosch and BMW Group, and began robot learning research at just 18 years old.
Zakariea operates at the cutting edge of embodied AI, championing a deploy-first philosophy where imperfect robot policies are shipped into real warehouses and refined continuously through real-world failure data.
Prior to InLoop Robotics, Zakariea served as a Reinforcement Learning and Humanoid Robotics Engineer at RoboTUM, and was also active in building and leading Europe's robotics community through organizations including RoboTUM and ESRA.
InLoop Robotics deploys bimanual robotic systems into live warehouses, using every failure as training data so the fulfillment system gets faster, smarter, and cheaper with every order processed.
