Ziar Khosrawi is Co-Founder and CEO of Bounti, a Berlin-based AI-native platform that empowers frontline workers in the physical economy across hospitality, logistics, and retail.

Ziar holds a BSc in Management from the University of Warwick and gained hands-on experience through five years working frontline jobs in construction and hospitality, before building digital ventures at FoundersLane in Berlin.

Ziar brings a rare firsthand understanding of frontline operations, and is a recognized member of the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers Community, connecting him to a global network of young leaders driving positive change.

Prior to Bounti, Ziar served as a Scout at SHL Ventures and worked with On Deck, FoundersLane, and Quarter Orange Design, building a strong foundation across venture, product, and startup operations.

Bounti has raised 4M euros in Seed funding led by Ventech, with backing from IBB Ventures, Robin Capital, and notable angels including Paul Forster, founder of Indeed, and is already deployed at brands like Burgermeister, L'Osteria, and Coffee Fellows.
