Zinny Weli

Zinny Weli is Co-Founder and CEO at RoboDock (YC W26), building robotic systems that automate depot operations for electric and autonomous vehicle fleets. RoboDock transforms fleet depots from manual sites into autonomous, self-running systems that lower operational costs and increase vehicle uptime.
Zinny holds a BSME from the University of Michigan (top 1%) and an MSME in Robotics from Stanford University. She worked at Amazon Lab126 and Zipline before founding RoboDock, with deep expertise in real-world robotic deployment.
Zinny led autonomous drone charging infrastructure at Zipline and designed the charging system for Amazon's first home robot, Astro. She was selected as one of 30 founders out of 800+ for Pear VC's FFC AI Cohort in 2025.
RoboDock was accepted into Y Combinator's Winter 2026 batch and is backed by Y Combinator. The company is building robotic solutions that automate charging and vehicle inspections for electric and autonomous fleets.
Zinny's expertise spans perception-driven manipulation to production-scale hardware systems, with experience deploying autonomous systems at scale for both drone delivery and consumer robotics applications.
