The compact, washing machine-sized system enables limitless ingredient combinations and texture flexibility, allowing food companies to create protein-packed snacks, plant-based meats, pet food, and other innovative products. Lasso licenses its technology to global partners and develops its own consumer brands, including Tender Food.
