Mindgrove Technologies is a fabless semiconductor design startup headquartered at the IIT Madras Research Park in Chennai, India. Founded in 2021, it designs state-of-the-art, scalable, and reliable RISC-V based System-on-Chips (SoCs) under the brand Mindgrove Silicon. Its products target power-constrained environments across industrial automation, automotive, consumer electronics, defense, security, and aviation. The company launched India's first commercial-grade high-performance microcontroller SoC at 28nm in 2024 and is backed by leading global investors and the Indian government's semiconductor incentive programs.
