RealPact is an AI-native operating system for real estate brokerages that deploys voice-powered AI agents to automate the paperwork behind every transaction. The platform pulls property records, deeds, tax documents, MLS data, and parcel information, then auto-fills contracts, organizes documents, and tracks deadlines, enabling brokerages to close deals faster with significantly less manual effort. Founded by Dartmouth students Ranvir Deshmukh and Erik Peterson, RealPact is part of the Y Combinator Summer 2026 batch and is one of the earliest dedicated vertical AI agent plays built specifically for brokerage operations.
