Erik Peterson is Co-Founder and CTO at RealPact, an AI-native operating system for real estate brokerages that automates transaction paperwork using voice-powered AI agents.

Erik is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Economics at Dartmouth College (Class of 2027), where he previously built CourseMe, Dartmouth's AI course advisor used by 90% of students with over 4,000 monthly active users and 1M+ page hits.

Erik identified real estate as a sector with a critical pain point in manual, outdated workflows and co-founded RealPact to bring agentic AI automation to brokerages actively selling to real clients from day one.

Prior to RealPact, Erik gained technical experience through roles at Code Championship and the Dartmouth Investment and Philanthropy Program, and published a philosophy paper in Brown University's undergraduate journal A Priori.

RealPact, backed by Y Combinator (S26), has reduced contract handling time by 70%, saving agents roughly 165 hours per year, and is actively selling to brokerages in New Hampshire with rapid expansion underway.
