SatLeo Labs is an Ahmedabad-based deep tech spacetech startup building a microsatellite constellation for high-resolution thermal and visible Earth observation from Low Earth Orbit (LEO). The company's proprietary dual-band thermal imaging payload captures data with 1 degree Kelvin accuracy across Mid-Wave Infrared (MWIR) and Long-Wave Infrared (LWIR) bands, combined with 10cm visible-band imagery and onboard edge AI processing. SatLeo's platform delivers near-real-time temperature intelligence to serve agriculture, climate monitoring, urban planning, defense, disaster management, and renewable energy sectors. Co-founded in 2023 by Shravan Singh Bhati, Dr. Ranendu Ghosh (former ISRO scientist), and Urmil Bakhai, the company has secured over $25M in LOIs and is preparing to launch its first satellite constellation with 12 microsatellites.
