Dimitri Masin is the Co-Founder and CEO of Gradient Labs, a London-based AI startup building autonomous customer support agents purpose-built for regulated industries such as financial services.

Masin earned a Master's degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Munster and was among the first 30 employees at Monzo Bank, where he served as VP of Data Science, Financial Crime, and Fraud before co-founding Gradient Labs in 2023.

With nearly a decade at Monzo scaling data science and machine learning teams through hypergrowth, Masin brings rare founder-market fit to the challenge of compliant AI automation in financial services.

Prior to Monzo, Masin worked at Google as a Sales Finance Analyst across Partnerships and Advertising, and earlier held roles at UBS Investment Bank and Osper, giving him a strong foundation across finance and technology.

Gradient Labs has raised $26M in Series A funding, achieved 900% revenue growth in a year, and its AI agent Otto serves fintechs reaching over 32 million end users with up to 98% customer satisfaction scores.
