Eren Berke Saglam is Co-Founder and CFO at Stoa (YC S26), the institutional marketplace for buying and selling GPUs and AI hardware, providing verified counterparties and real-time price discovery to a market previously operating through informal channels.

Eren graduated as salutatorian from Dartmouth College, where he studied Computer Science and Economics, and went on to trade interest rate derivatives at Citigroup, developing deep expertise in financial markets and pricing infrastructure.

Having observed firsthand how opaque and fragmented the AI hardware market is, Eren and his co-founders recognized that billions in GPU collateral were being marked off appraisals rather than actual trades, creating a critical gap in market infrastructure.

Prior to Stoa, Eren honed his quantitative and financial skills as a rates volatility trader at Citi, and he and his co-founders have known each other for over ten years, having collectively founded companies and built trading infrastructure across multiple asset classes.

Within its first month of launch, Stoa processed over $300M in RFQs through its blind-bid marketplace, and as a YC S26 company, it is rapidly establishing itself as the pricing backbone for the AI hardware economy.
