Fedor Stomakhin is Co-Founder of Spiral Hydrogen, an Estonian-Dutch deep-tech startup pioneering centrifugal, bubble-free electrolysis to produce green hydrogen cheaper than fossil-based alternatives.

Fedor earned an MSc in Data Science (cum laude) from the University of Tartu and built 6 years of expertise in software engineering and AI before co-founding Spiral Hydrogen in 2024.

Fedor brings rare cross-disciplinary depth to the clean energy sector, applying data science rigor to financial modeling, commercial strategy, and operational execution at Spiral Hydrogen.

At Spiral Hydrogen, Fedor drives operations and commercial strategy as the company transitions from lab-validated prototypes to a 10 kW pilot at the Port of Rotterdam in partnership with SwitcH2.

Spiral Hydrogen has raised a EUR 2.7M pre-seed round backed by byFounders, Norrsken Evolve, and Superangel, targeting efficiency levels above 90% to unlock a EUR 250B green hydrogen market.
