Josh Claman

Josh Claman is CEO of Accelsius, a leader in two-phase, direct-to-chip liquid cooling technology for AI and high-performance computing data centers.
Josh has over 30 years of experience in data center technology, having served as General Manager of Dell UK and held senior executive roles at NCR, AT&T, and led ventures in 3D printing (Stratasys) and digital health (Rimidi).
Josh holds an MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business and completed the Advanced Management Program at Oxford University's Said Business School. He joined Accelsius as CEO in June 2022 to commercialize breakthrough cooling technology originally developed by Nokia Bell Labs.
Under Josh's leadership, Accelsius raised $65 million in Series B funding led by Johnson Controls and Legrand in January 2026, following a $24 million Series A in 2024. The company achieved 5x growth in data center deployments in the first half of 2025 and secured major contracts including a 300MW deployment with DarkNX in Ontario.
Accelsius' NeuCool platform delivers industry-leading cooling capacity of 4,500W per socket and enables 35% OpEx savings over single-phase cooling, with 8 to 17% total cost of ownership savings. The company's technology supports the Texas Advanced Computing Center's Vista supercomputer and has grown from 20 to 57 employees at its Austin headquarters.
