Founders
Accelsius delivers two-phase, direct-to-chip liquid cooling solutions for AI and high-performance computing data centers. The company's proprietary NeuCool platform uses safe, waterless dielectric refrigerants to cool chips at extreme densities up to 4,500W per socket and 250kW per rack. The technology enables up to 50% energy savings compared to traditional air cooling, zero water consumption, and 35% lower operating expenses versus single-phase liquid cooling. Founded by Innventure to commercialize technology originally developed by Nokia Bell Labs, Accelsius serves enterprises, hyperscale operators, colocation providers, and research institutions. The company is backed by strategic investors Johnson Controls and Legrand and is a member of NVIDIA's Inception Program and the U.S. Department of Energy's ARPA-E COOLERCHIPS program.
