Neil Marrakchi is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Reformed, a London-based functional wellness beverage brand reinventing the daily coffee and matcha ritual with performance nutrition.

Neil studied at the University of Warwick and built an entrepreneurial track record from age 19, including early ventures before transitioning from a background in the fashion industry to co-found Reformed.

Neil champions a brand-first philosophy, believing wellness should be effortless, beautifully designed, and built around habits people already have, not new ones they must adopt.

Alongside co-founder Neil Saada, Neil launched Reformed in April 2024 and scaled it to $70M in annualized revenue within 20 months on a lean 14-person team, achieving profitability within two years.

Reformed raised a $22M oversubscribed Series A led by IRIS Ventures, generating approximately $5M ARR per employee and targeting a $100M revenue run rate by end of 2026 ahead of a US market launch.
