Sidnei Budiman is the Co-Founder and CTO of PT Kini Teknologi Indonesia, an Indonesian earned wage access and on-demand payroll platform empowering the country's underbanked workforce.

An Indonesia fintech veteran, Sidnei has been active in the technology industry since 2006, holding engineering and infrastructure roles at Westpac and Qantas before transitioning into entrepreneurship.

Sidnei is a serial entrepreneur who co-founded Blipcom, BlipADeal, and Dealoka, and served as CTO at Pawoon, building deep expertise in e-money and payments products for large Indonesian financial institutions.

At Kini, Sidnei leads all product and engineering efforts, having co-built an HR-Fintech platform integrated with leading HRIS systems and offering earned wage access, bill-pay services, and micro insurance via a single API.

Kini raised $4.3M in seed funding led by East Ventures and achieved an average of 70% monthly growth in transaction volumes within its first year of launch, targeting over 180 million underserved workers across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
