Tom Sella

Tom Sella is Co-Founder and President of Stoa USA Inc., a Phoenix-based property technology company that built FlipOS, the first B2B iBuyer platform empowering real estate investors to buy, renovate, and sell homes faster.
Tom came from a real estate background and began investing in U.S. residential properties alongside childhood friend and co-founder Or Agassi in 2017, where they identified deep fragmentation in the fix-and-flip market.
Tom and his co-founders recognized that local investors had the deal-sourcing edge but lacked the infrastructure to scale, leading them to build a tech-driven platform that provides upfront funding, renovation scoping, and a guaranteed buyer.
Under Tom's leadership as President, Stoa raised over $300 million in equity and debt, including a $136 million Series B led by Cantor Fitzgerald and Zeev Ventures, and generated over $20 million in revenue within its first year of operation.
Stoa's FlipOS platform scaled to fund hundreds of fix-and-flip transactions annually, reduced time-to-flip by up to 80%, and positioned itself as a key solution to America's housing supply shortage.
