Varun Bhanot is Co-Founder and CEO of MAGIC AI, the UK's pioneering AI personal trainer that uses computer vision, smart weights, and holographic technology to deliver elite fitness coaching at home.

A former investment banker, Varun studied Law at the London School of Economics and Entrepreneurship at Cambridge Judge Business School, before co-founding proptech startup Hubble, which he scaled to over 10M in VC funding.

Varun's mission to democratise fitness was born from a personal transformation: after losing a quarter of his body weight with a trainer he could barely afford, he set out to make world-class coaching accessible to everyone.

Prior to MAGIC AI, Varun also built non-profit UNHOUSED.ORG and scaled Hubble into a recognised flexible office space platform, demonstrating a consistent track record of disrupting traditional industries with technology.

MAGIC AI has raised approximately 20M in total funding, achieved 342% annual growth, earned a King's Award for Enterprise in Innovation 2026, was named one of TIME's Best Inventions of 2024, and has built a community of 20,000+ members across all 50 US states.
