Victor Premaud

Victor Premaud is Co-Founder and CEO of Hopper, a French social-impact startup designing affordable recycled carbon running blades for lower-limb amputees.
Victor holds a General Engineering Master's Degree from IMT Mines Albi, specializing in Industrial Engineering, and gained experience at Airbus, CHU de Toulouse, and Saft before co-founding Hopper in 2021.
Victor was awarded the Prix Talents at the Prix de l'Ingenierie du Futur in October 2021, and Hopper won the Prix Revelation at the Sportup Summit the same year.
Hopper secured an initial regional grant, honor loans, and a strategic partnership with Proteor, a major orthopedics player, while building production partnerships with Airbus and Salomon.
Hopper has certified and commercialized two running blade models across the European Union and is targeting international expansion in 2025.
