Bar.on is a Belgian beverage technology company that developed the world's first molecular beer printer. Using molecular-level flavor compounds and dispensing technology, Bar.on creates customizable beer in seconds from tap water, bypassing traditional fermentation. The One Tap device can produce multiple beer styles including blonde, brown, IPA, triple, and high-quality non-alcoholic variants with customizable alcohol percentage, bitterness, fruitiness, and sweetness. The technology significantly reduces carbon emissions from shipping, eliminates packaging waste, and enables superior-tasting alcohol-free beer. Bar.on partners with VIB/KU Leuven for scientific research and is developing the One Tap Pro version for bars and pubs.
