Hublo is a digital workforce and talent management platform for healthcare institutions in Europe. The company provides software solutions that enable hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes to manage staff replacements, recruitment, scheduling, and internal mobility more efficiently. Hublo was created in May 2020 through the merger of two competing startups, Whoog and medGo, during the COVID-19 pandemic. The platform serves over 5,000 healthcare facilities and more than 1 million healthcare professionals across six countries, processing over 7,000 replacement assignments daily. Hublo's solutions help healthcare organizations reduce temporary staffing costs by 50% on average and save managers 10% of their time.
