
Antoine Loron is Co-CEO at Hublo, a leading workforce management platform transforming HR operations for healthcare institutions across Europe.
Antoine holds an MSc in International Business, Finance, and Strategy from HEC Paris and studied at The University of Tokyo. He worked as a Senior Consultant at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and Business Analyst at A.T. Kearney before co-founding medGo in 2016, which merged with Whoog to create Hublo in 2020.
Antoine is an active investor in Time for the Planet, Galion.exe, Mantra.ms, Kiwee.care, and Work With Island. He completed a FullStack Development program at Le Wagon in 2016 to enhance his technical skills.
Under Antoine's leadership, Hublo raised 22 million euros in Series A funding in 2021 from Revaia and Acton Capital, and secured a strategic investment from Five Arrows (Rothschild & Co) in 2025. The company serves over 5,000 healthcare facilities and 1 million professionals.
Hublo saves healthcare professionals an average of 2.5 hours per day and helps facilities reduce temporary staffing costs by 50%. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Hublo mobilized over 60,000 volunteer healthcare professionals through its free Renforts-Covid initiative, supporting 6,000 facilities in need.
