Aaron Guo is Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Hybron Technologies, an advanced composites manufacturing company building next-generation lightweight components for aerospace and defense applications.
Aaron studied Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at UC Berkeley, and gained hands-on industry experience at Boeing and AWA Forged Composites before co-founding Hybron.
Aaron co-founded Hybron alongside Brennan Lieu after the two began collaborating on advanced composite manufacturing while studying engineering at UC Berkeley and Stanford, respectively.
At Hybron, Aaron leads the technology development of a breakthrough manufacturing platform that compresses production cycle times from weeks to hours, enabling scalable production of composite 155mm artillery shell casings and turbine fan blades.
Hybron closed an oversubscribed $20M Series Seed round led by Marque Ventures and backed by Veteran Ventures Capital, positioning the company as a critical supplier for the U.S. defense industrial base.
