
Adrien Beata is Co-Founder and Co-CEO at Hublo, a healthcare workforce management SaaS platform revolutionizing HR operations for hospitals and clinics across Europe. He has been instrumental in building Hublo from its founding in 2016 through its merger with medGo in 2020 and subsequent expansion.
Adrien earned a Master's degree in Management from HEC Paris and worked as Digital Performance Manager at AXA en France and as Senior Data Analyst at fifty-five, a data agency. His background combines expertise in digital transformation, data analytics, and healthcare innovation.
Adrien transitioned from COO to Chief Product Officer in 2022, demonstrating his versatility in scaling operations and product development. He has been a board member at Le Lab Santé Ile-de-France, representing healthcare startups and advocating for digital health innovation.
Under his leadership, Hublo raised 22 million euros in Series A funding in 2021 from Revaia and Acton Capital, and the company quadrupled its annual recurring revenue while reaching operational break-even ahead of schedule. Hublo acquired Mstaff in 2022 to expand its talent management capabilities.
Hublo now serves over 5,000 healthcare facilities and 1 million healthcare professionals across France and Germany, processing over 7,000 replacement assignments daily. The platform saves healthcare managers an average of 2.5 hours per day, with 94% of users reporting time savings and 90% of facilities reducing recruitment costs.
