Sapient Perception
Sapient Perception is a Copenhagen-based deep-tech startup developing physical AI sensor systems for unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The company's flagship product, ECHO, is the world's first dedicated 10K sensor purpose-built for drones, enabling operators to monitor up to 100 times more area than conventional sensors at the same high resolution in a single frame. Its proprietary IGNITE AI Framework processes imagery onboard in real time, delivering actionable intelligence at the edge for defense, security, and emergency response missions. The sensor stack is NDAA compliant and ITAR-free, built on a fully trusted and allied supply chain. Sapient is already operationally deployed via a partnership with Dropla Tech, supporting the Ukrainian Ministry of Defence in detecting landmines and ambush drones along frontline supply routes.
