Luffy AI is an Oxfordshire-based deep tech company and UKAEA spinout that has developed a neuroplastic AI stack for real-time adaptive control of industrial systems. Its sparse neural networks are trained in simulation and refined in deployment, enabling plug-and-play AI motor control for industrial pumps, fans, conveyors, robotics, and drones without cloud dependence or large datasets. Benchmarked against Google DeepMind's Real World RL Suite, Luffy's controllers require 800x fewer synapses and 400x less compute for equivalent or better performance.
