NeuraWorx Medical Technologies is a clinical-stage neurotechnology company developing the Cerebrovascular Pacing System, a first-in-class bioelectronic solution designed to enhance cerebral spinal fluid flow and glymphatic system function in the brain. Founded on science developed at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the Mayo Clinic, the company targets prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer's dementia, traumatic brain injury (TBI), and other CNS disorders. In December 2025, NeuraWorx closed an oversubscribed Seed round led by Nexus NeuroTech Ventures with backing from Foothill Ventures, Verge HealthTech Fund, and the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation (WARF).
