Using nitrogen-vacancy centers in synthetic diamonds, its Quantum Diamond Microscopy (QDM) technology enables non-destructive, nanoscale current imaging through all layers of advanced 2.5D and 3D chip architectures, helping chipmakers detect hidden defects, improve yields, and reduce costs. The company compresses defect detection from weeks into a two-minute inspection and is engaged with nine of the world's ten largest semiconductor manufacturers, with systems deployed across Europe, the U.S., and Asia.
