Roadrunner is an AI-native Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) platform built to modernize the enterprise quote-to-cash stack. Co-founded in 2025 as Kleiner Perkins' first incubation since Glean, Roadrunner replaces legacy CPQ tools with an AI-driven workflow it calls PQA (prompt, quote, approve), enabling revenue teams to generate quotes, enforce pricing policies, and route approvals intelligently using large language models. The company co-developed its product with enterprise design partners and closed its first seven-figure deal within three months of building its initial prototype.
