Subatron
Subatron is a Swiss deeptech startup emerging from the ETH Zurich ecosystem that develops next-generation wireless underwater communication technology. Combining proprietary hardware with advanced signal processing, its platform delivers high data rates, long range, and reliable real-time connectivity for autonomous underwater vehicles (UUVs), professional divers, sensor networks, search and rescue operations, and defence applications. The technology addresses critical limitations of existing cable-based, optical, and acoustic underwater communication systems, and is already working with pilot customers and industry partners across Switzerland and Europe.
