TerraBlaster is a California-based agricultural technology startup that uses Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS), the same technology deployed on NASA's Mars rovers, to deliver real-time, high-resolution soil nutrient mapping at tractor speed. Its flagship product, the Blaster 1000, is a towed sensor unit that maps nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and pH in real time, enabling farmers to apply fertilizer with precision and eliminate costly over-application. Backed by Khosla Ventures, Ulu Ventures, and Builders Vision, TerraBlaster is targeting commercial launch by end of 2026.
