Aayush Agarwal is Founder and CEO at Snabbit, India's first quick-service app offering on-demand home services within 15 minutes. He previously served as Vice President and Chief of Staff at Zepto, where he gained deep expertise in quick commerce operations.

Aayush completed his PGDM in banking, corporate finance, and law from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and cleared Level 2 of the CFA program. He began his career as a Junior Analyst at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking before managing finance and business strategy at White Owl.

Aayush founded Snabbit in 2024 after identifying a gap in India's informal home services market, applying lessons from quick commerce to bring speed, structure, and trust to domestic help. The company operates with a full-stack approach, employing and training over 15,000 women professionals who earn stable incomes.

Snabbit raised $56.2M across multiple rounds from Lightspeed Venture Partners, Elevation Capital, Nexus Venture Partners, and Bertelsmann India Investments, reaching a $400M valuation in April 2026. The company processes over 40,000 daily jobs and completed more than 1 million jobs in March 2026 alone.

Snabbit operates in 5 cities across India with a hyperlocal network in dense residential clusters, reducing customer acquisition costs by 65% and order losses by 50%. The platform has transformed urban home services by providing trained experts for cleaning, dishwashing, laundry, and kitchen prep, creating thousands of dignified employment opportunities for women.
