Ajit Banerjee is Co-Founder and CEO of SageOx, a Seattle-based startup building shared context infrastructure that keeps human teams and AI coding agents aligned in real time.

Ajit studied at Pennsylvania State University and built a distinguished engineering career at Amazon, Apple, Meta, and Hugging Face before launching SageOx in 2026.

A serial entrepreneur with three prior startups under his belt, Ajit champions the philosophy that AI-native teams can outpace large organizations by leveraging a shared context layer, enabling speeds 20x to 40x faster than traditional workflows.

Under Ajit's leadership, SageOx raised a $15M seed round led by Canaan Partners, with participation from A.Capital, Pioneer Square Labs, and Founders' Co-op, and launched a product suite including the open-source Ox CLI and the hardware-enabled Ox Dot device.

SageOx has already attracted early AI-native startup customers and is pioneering a foundational context layer for human-agent collaboration, positioning itself as the infrastructure defining the next generation of agentic software development.
