Akhil Kansal is Co-Founder of Anveshan, an IIT Guwahati alumnus who is driving innovation in India's natural food and food-tech sector by making purity scalable and traceable from farm to consumer.

Akhil holds a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communications Engineering from IIT Guwahati and previously served as a Strategist at Goldman Sachs, sharpening his analytical and strategic capabilities before pivoting to entrepreneurship.

Akhil co-founded Anveshan after witnessing the financial struggles of Indian farmers first-hand, channeling his technology background and financial acumen to build a transparent, tech-enabled food supply chain.

At Anveshan, Akhil oversees product development and technology, leveraging image processing, spectroscopy, blockchain, and IoT to ensure deep traceability and rigorous quality standards across every batch.

Anveshan has grown to work with over 7,000 farmers across India, crossed INR 100 Cr in revenue in FY25, and raised $10.9M in funding from investors including Wipro Consumer Care Ventures, DSG Consumer Partners, and Titan Capital.
