Alex Coleridge is the Co-Founder of Givestar, a UK-based fundraising technology platform connecting events, fundraisers, donors, and charities in an increasingly cashless world.

Alex studied at Trinity College Dublin and built his career as a Business Growth strategist at Mission, before co-founding Givestar in 2018 alongside Tom Montague.

Alex recognised that charitable giving had failed to keep pace with a cashless society, driving him to pioneer contactless and mobile-first donation technology for the voluntary sector.

Under Alex's leadership, Givestar launched a pioneering Tap-on-Phone product, partnered with the British Red Cross, and secured a landmark £9M funding round led by Mercia, the largest ever raised by a UK fundraising technology platform.

Givestar has grown to nearly 800,000 user accounts, raised over $70M for more than 4,000 charities, and counts Spartan Race and Tough Mudder among its major event partners.
