Alper Karaer is a Co-Founder at Promake, an AI-powered platform that enables small and medium-sized businesses to build and manage their entire digital operations through a single chat interface, launched globally in February 2026.
Alper built a distinguished career spanning strategy consulting at Deloitte and Accenture, senior marketing leadership at Turk Telekom group, and serving as CMO at VavaCars and Millenicom before joining Trendyol Group's Dolap as Head of Marketplace and Brand Growth.
Alper brings rare cross-functional depth, having been co-founder and managing partner at BlueCap Venture Capital and a board member at GPAY, Voidu, and Symanto Turkey, giving him both operator and investor perspectives.
At Promake, Alper is part of a seven-strong founding team drawing on backgrounds across McKinsey, private equity, technology entrepreneurship, and AI integration, collectively targeting over 500 million underserved SMBs worldwide.
Just four months after its global launch, Promake secured a $4M seed round led by 212, Turkiye's first VC fund, with participation from JIMCO, Ak Portfoy VC Fund, Arya VC, Gelecek Etki Fund, and Maxis Ventures.
