
Andrew Feldman is Co-Founder and CEO of Cerebras Systems, building the world's fastest AI infrastructure powered by the largest chip ever made. He holds a BA in Economics and Political Science and an MBA from Stanford University.
Before Cerebras, Andrew co-founded and led SeaMicro as CEO, pioneering energy-efficient microservers that were acquired by AMD for $357 million in 2012. He also served as VP at Force10 Networks (acquired by Dell for $800 million) and VP at RiverStone Networks (IPO 2001).
Andrew is a frequent keynote speaker and guest lecturer at Stanford Graduate School of Business. Many of his SeaMicro team members joined him at Cerebras, demonstrating his ability to build strong, loyal teams.
Cerebras has raised over $2.9 billion in total funding, including a $1 billion Series H round in February 2026 at a $23 billion valuation. The company signed a $10 billion deal with OpenAI in January 2026 to deliver 750 megawatts of computing power through 2028.
Cerebras' Wafer Scale Engine 3 (WSE-3) features 4 trillion transistors and 900,000 cores, delivering inference 20x faster than competitors. The company serves leading organizations including AWS, Meta, Mayo Clinic, and the U.S. Department of Defense across four continents.
