Andrew Redd is the Founder and CEO of Endurance Energy, a deep-tech startup pioneering seafloor geothermal power generation to deliver gigawatts of zero-emission baseload energy.

Andrew graduated from Princeton University (2016-2020) and honed his engineering expertise through roles at SpaceX, where he served as a Life Support Engineer on the Dragon program, and at Neuralink.

Andrew brings a rare combination of aerospace engineering rigor and deep-tech entrepreneurship, applying mission-critical hardware experience from the space industry to the frontier of offshore energy.

Endurance Energy raised a $25M Seed round backed by First Round Capital, Measured Ventures, and Relumin, with a team of roughly 30 people operating out of Seattle, WA.
