Aniket Deshpande is Co-Founder of Agent FM (YC S26), a Y Combinator-backed developer tool that serves as a command center for engineers running fleets of AI coding agents, available on both macOS and Windows.
Aniket built deep AI expertise at Meta Superintelligence Labs, where he developed agent-orchestration systems, reinforcement learning and search infrastructure, fine-tuned models, and contributed to the Llama training data flywheel.
Aniket and co-founder Mugdhaa P. have collaborated for over 10 years and built Agent FM to solve a problem they experienced firsthand while managing their own fleets of coding agents.
Prior to founding Agent FM, Aniket grew Meta AI monthly active users by 250K and built critical infrastructure that powered some of Meta's most advanced AI systems.
Agent FM, backed by Y Combinator's Summer 2026 batch, eliminates agent babysitting for engineering teams by delivering live audio and text updates from Claude Code and Codex agents in a single unified group chat.
