
Anna Nordell Westling is Co-Founder of Sana, an AI-powered learning and knowledge platform that partners with Fortune 2000 companies to transform how organizations learn and access knowledge. She was active at Sana Labs from 2016 to 2023 and currently serves as an advisor and investor.
Anna holds a BA in Science, Marketing & Art History from San Jose State University and studied AI Business Strategy at MIT in 2024. She headed brand strategy and consumer insight at Saatchi & Saatchi, Acne, and King for almost ten years.
Anna ran her own marketing acceleration agency for five years, working with tech startups and growth-stage companies in Stockholm, Berlin, San Francisco, and Kuala Lumpur. She built an interdisciplinary team consisting of AI researchers and machine learning engineers with backgrounds from Google AI, Spotify, BCG Gamma and Imperial College.
Sana raised $130M in total funding at a $500M valuation and became part of Workday. Anna now serves on the investment committee of SSE Ventures and acts as an advisor to Tendium, Redpine AI and Anch AI.
Sana partners with global Fortune 2000 companies to upskill the workforce in half the time and ensure knowledge is remembered three times longer. The platform grew from 5 people in Stockholm to 150 across Stockholm, London and New York, reaching a million users.
